About Lead

Lead is a fintech building banking infrastructure for embedded financial products and services. Operating an FDIC-insured bank headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, with additional offices in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, and New York City, Lead supports a dynamic team across technical, product, design, and legal functions.

Role Description

The Technical Account Manager will support partner onboarding to our Banking as a Service platform, taking responsibility for the entire implementation process from contract signature to go-live. This position requires both technical expertise and interpersonal skills to manage integrations, escalate issues, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

  • Understand partner business goals and product structure.
  • Lead technical implementations and act as primary technical contact.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams including product, engineering, legal, and risk.
  • Define and streamline internal processes for partner onboarding.
  • Develop product examples, documentation, and support materials.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture, data integration, and partner delivery. A strong technical foundation in SFTP, APIs (HTTP, REST, SOAP, OAuth), and clear communication skills are essential. Familiarity with the fintech ecosystem and financial services regulatory environment is highly desired.
