Role Description
As a Senior Product Designer at Lead, you will shape the future of financial technology by creating intuitive and seamless banking experiences. Collaborating across UX, product, engineering, and other teams, you will own the end-to-end design for one or more product verticals and contribute significantly to the evolution of Lead’s design system.
Key Responsibilities
- Build world-class user experiences for financial products.
- Define and evolve visual identity and interaction guidelines.
- Contribute to and extend Lead’s design system.
- Collaborate across teams to balance user needs and technical constraints.
- Lead design lifecycle from research through implementation.
- Prototype, test, and iterate on design solutions.
- Advocate for design excellence and best practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of product design experience, a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design expertise, and fluency in Figma and modern design tools. A background in fintech design, user-centered methodologies, and a passion for creating polished digital experiences is essential.
