Job Responsibilities

As the Sales & Partnerships Manager at LDX Digital, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients managing inbound leads and partnership opportunities. Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring inbound chats, forms, and outreach channels.
  • Conducting discovery calls to assess client needs.
  • Leading sales presentations and closing conversations.
  • Nurturing leads from initial contact to signed agreements.
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with eCommerce brands.
  • Representing LDX at industry events and webinars.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM and project management tools.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

Applicants should have 2–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or client acquisition, along with exceptional English communication skills and a history of closing deals in the digital marketing/eCommerce sector. Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom is essential.
