Job Responsibilities
As the Sales & Partnerships Manager at LDX Digital, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients managing inbound leads and partnership opportunities. Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring inbound chats, forms, and outreach channels.
- Conducting discovery calls to assess client needs.
- Leading sales presentations and closing conversations.
- Nurturing leads from initial contact to signed agreements.
- Building and maintaining partnerships with eCommerce brands.
- Representing LDX at industry events and webinars.
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM and project management tools.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Identifying upsell opportunities.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
Applicants should have 2–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or client acquisition, along with exceptional English communication skills and a history of closing deals in the digital marketing/eCommerce sector. Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom is essential.
