Project Manager II - LCRA Transmission Capital Projects
LCRA is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for the successful execution of the LCRA transmission capital project portfolio, managing resources, and contributing to the essential infrastructure of Texas, including transmission lines and substations. How You’ll Contribute
- Promote collaboration within project teams and represent Transmission Project Management with professionalism.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget according to the Transmission Project Management Governance Document and all Board and Financial policies.
- Minimize project risk by identifying and managing project risks, and by creating, implementing, and tracking mitigation and contingency strategies.
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and project team members, documenting action items and driving them to resolution.
- Travel independently or with a small team to project sites as needed.
How You’re Qualified
- Six or more years of experience in project controls, project management, work package management, or other relevant experience.
- A degree(s) in project management, business, finance, economics, engineering, construction management, math, science, computer science, information technology, or a relevant field may be substituted for certain years of experience, per LCRA guidelines.
- Valid Driver's license.
