  • Driving revenue growth and managing design pitches.
  • Developing processes from discovery to delivery.
  • Setting and tracking performance and design metrics.

Requirements

Strong design background, leadership experience, and sales proficiency are essential. Experience in e-commerce/Shopify, winning design engagements, and building design capabilities is required.
