Role Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer on the Lazer Core team, you will build robust, AI-powered full stack applications. You will work closely with clients, partner with cross-functional teams and use cutting-edge technologies to solve complex, high-impact problems.

Who You Are

  • 4–6 years experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python or Go
  • Experience with generative AI, including image or video generation
  • Proven track record of shipping production software across the stack
  • Expertise in hosting, tuning, and managing LLM services and libraries
  • Familiarity with agentic workflows and MCP servers
  • Experience building AI-powered features and working with prompt engineering
  • Knowledge of testing infrastructure for agentic applications
  • Cloud experience with providers such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Consulting or contracting background with client management skills

What You'll Do

  • Engage with clients to understand their technical and business needs
  • Architect, build, and ship full stack, AI-powered applications
  • Apply best practices in MLOps/LLMOps including testing and reliability
  • Design scalable data pipelines and data lakes
  • Communicate tradeoffs clearly to support client decision-making
  • Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams
  • Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies

Nice To Have

  • Additional generative AI experience in image/video generation
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • Experience with ETL frameworks like Airflow
  • Mobile development skills (React Native, native iOS/Android)
  • Strong design sensibility and user experience insights
  • Background in statistics or data science
  • Relevant certifications, open-source contributions, or publications
