Position: Mechanical Assembler (1st Shift)

The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling fabricated and electrical components, subassemblies, and miscellaneous enclosures. The role requires precision, dexterity, and strong mechanical and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders, diagrams, and wire lists.
• Fabricate and install flexibar and larger power wires.
• Inspect parts and assemblies to meet quality standards.
• Communicate and document with supervision as required.
• Utilize 3-D solid model viewers effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in assembly or transferable mechanical skills.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and follow directions.
• Proficiency with hand tools & wire crimpers.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Preferred

• Electrical assembly experience.
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail.
• Comfort with computer programs and 3-D modeling.

Physical Requirements & Shift Details

Must lift up to 30 lbs, stand for full shift, and work with intricate parts. Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and 2 paid breaks.
