Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for the assembly of fabricated and electrical components, subassemblies, and miscellaneous enclosures. This role is detail-oriented and requires preparing, positioning, assembling, and verifying parts that go into creating our products.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret instructions such as work orders, diagrams, wire lists, and verbal directions.
• Fabrication and installation of flexibar as required.
• Installation of larger power wires; inclusive of retrieving, crimp lugging, and heat sleeve shrinking.
• Inspection of parts, materials, and assemblies to comply with company quality standards.
• Properly communicate/document with supervision as required.
• Become familiar with interpreting 3-D solid model viewers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Assembly in a manufacturing environment or transferable mechanical experience.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and follow directions.
• Ability to use hand tools & wire crimpers.
• Must be able to lift and handle heavy parts up to 30 lbs.

Schedule (2nd Shift):

Monday-Thursday 2:00 pm to 12:30 am, ½ hour unpaid lunch, 2 paid breaks.
