As a Graphic Designer, you elevate visual storytelling to the next level, transforming complex content into clear, impactful design experiences. At lawpilots, you will develop modern e-learning formats with a focus on motion design, animation, and digital learning worlds. Your designs will ensure that topics like compliance and data protection are not only understood but also enjoyed – creatively, precisely, and with real impact.
Your Mission
- As a Graphic Designer, you will work directly with our Learning Experience Designers.
- You will be responsible for the conception and implementation of visual content such as animations, videos, and graphics for digital learning formats.
- Your perspective will translate complex content into clear, visual storylines that effectively support learning objectives.
- You will independently manage design projects from the initial idea to final delivery.
- You will ensure consistent visual quality while adhering to and further developing design guidelines.
- You will develop creative assets such as illustrations, posters, or supplementary visuals to optimize the learning experience.
- Together with your team, you will work on the continuous improvement of design processes and output quality.
What You Bring On Board - Your Profile
- You have gained sound practical experience in graphic design, motion design, or digital design.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of animation, video editing, and visual design (typography, layout, color, illustration).
- You are proficient with common design tools and can work structurally with assets and brand guidelines.
- You convince with self-responsibility, attention to detail, and a structured way of working.
- You are communicative, enjoy working in a team, and proactively engage with various stakeholders.
- You are open to new technologies, especially in the area of AI-supported design and creative processes.

We welcome you to our office at Potsdamer Platz at any time, but you can also choose a hybrid or fully remote work model. You can flexibly arrange your working hours and, upon request and agreement, use a workation within Europe. We offer you 28 vacation days + an additional day per year until 30 days are reached. Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve our office is closed. We support your social commitment and give you two days off per year for this. We subsidize sports, lunch, or public transport up to €50/month.
