Enterprise Architecture & Integration Senior Specialist

Overview

We’re looking for an Enterprise Architecture & Integration Senior Specialist at Lavazza Group to evolve our enterprise tech landscape and ensure technology consistently enables our business strategy. In this role, you’ll translate needs into architecture roadmaps, guide cross‑functional choices, and connect dots across applications, data, and infrastructure—always with security, compliance, and scalability in mind.

Your Day-to-Day Activities

• Assess & map the landscape: Evaluate the current application ecosystem, identify improvement areas, and maintain the Business Capability Map.
• Document & communicate: Create and update core EA assets such as diagrams, standards, guidelines, and technical specs.
• Risk & impact analysis: Anticipate architectural risks and assess impacts on business processes and operating models.
• Design for interoperability: Define integration patterns for systems, APIs, and data flows ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Target Architecture: Develop the Target Architecture linking short‑term deliverables to the long‑term vision.
• Strategy & guidance: Partner cross‑functionally to recommend solutions that advance business objectives.
• Vendor ecosystem: Manage relationships with technology vendors and system integrators.
• AI architecture & governance: Establish architectures for AI solutions and collaborate on compliance and security governance.

Relevant Skills & Competencies

• 6+ years experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture principles, application lifecycle, and change management.
• Technical fluency in AI, integration patterns, BI platforms, and microservices.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
• Adept at working autonomously with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
