Agentic AI Productivity Specialist

About the Role

At Nuvola HQ, we are looking for an Agentic AI Productivity Specialist to turn high-value productivity use cases into production-grade AI agents & automations.

Your mission will be to design, deploy, and run these solutions end-to-end in the Microsoft stack, embedding security, privacy, and auditability from day one to drive measurable impact at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business leaders to spot high-value productivity use cases, advising on feasibility, architecture, risks, and trade-offs.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents & automations that boost enterprise and individual productivity.
• Own the solution end-to-end: documentation, versioning, scalability, reliability—primarily in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Embed security, privacy, and compliance by design (PII protection, access control, GDPR, Responsible AI) with full traceability.
• Coordinate and technically steer vendors on advanced/specialized initiatives.
• Run operations & continuous improvement: monitoring, troubleshooting, usage/accuracy optimization; codify patterns and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong hands-on with Microsoft 365/Copilot, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, and orchestration/workflow patterns.
• Ability to translate business needs into agent designs, challenge requirements, and make trade-offs explicit.
• Solid integration skills (APIs, connectors to ERP/CRM/ITSM), Git and basic CI/CD for automation assets.
• A Security & Responsible AI mindset (data minimization, access governance, auditability).
• Monitoring/telemetry to measure impact and reliability; continuous tuning.
• Clear communication in English and Italian.
