How You Will Support The Team

As a team leader, you have a passion for fashion and customer service. You will be part of a winning team that offers a unique and memorable shopping experience to every customer. You will join a company focused on the professional development and growth of its employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a stylist to create a personalized wardrobe based on the client.
  • Develop and train the sales team on exemplary customer service, promotion of different programs, product knowledge, and current trends.
  • Frequently follow sales objectives and take the necessary measures to influence store results.
  • Perform daily tasks such as price changes, order/transfer shipping, and store cleanliness.
  • Open and close the store, as needed.
