Your Role

As a Senior ML Engineer Recommendation Systems, you will build the personalization engine behind our portfolio of brands. Your mission is to design, deploy, and scale ML systems that power real-time recommendations across millions of user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ML models serving 100M+ predictions per day.
• Enhance and optimize data processing pipelines using tools like Spark and Beam.
• Design ranking algorithms balancing relevance, diversity, and revenue.
• Run rigorous A/B testing to validate impact.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams.
• Implement monitoring systems for reliable model performance.

Competencies

• Technical Mastery in ML architecture and deployment.
• Strong background in ranking algorithms such as collaborative filtering and deep learning.
• Experience with Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Expertise in SQL, data warehouses, and distributed computing frameworks.
• Ownership mentality with a focus on measurable business impact.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary follows market rates with additional profit-sharing bonuses and competitive benefits. Future increases are performance-based.
