Role Overview: Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master, you will collaborate with Client Delivery Teams, Product Owners, and the Business Agility Enablement team to deploy Agile practices across client engagements. You will serve as a change agent and coach mentoring teams, fostering continuous learning and improvement, and ensuring adherence to Agile values and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current team culture and processes for agile adoption.
• Serve as the face for client leadership and manage expectations.
• Implement and communicate Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Develop and monitor agile metrics and maturity dashboards.
• Offer training, coaching, and mentoring to teams and leaders.
• Support risk, dependency, and issue management within projects.
• Guide and facilitate meetings and agile events effectively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in agile software development leadership roles.
• 5+ years serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Facilitator.
• Proficient with agile management tools like Jira, Planview, VersionOne, etc.
• Deep understanding of lean-agile values, principles, and practices.

Preferred Skills and Mindset

• Certifications: SASM, SAFe Advanced, ICP-ATF, PSM, CSM.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Resourceful, empathetic, self-led, and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
