Litigation Operations Coordinator at Latitude Legal
Latitude Legal is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join an innovative, growth-focused law firm's Operations team. This Litigation Operations Coordinator will support the execution of complex, attorney-driven litigation campaigns. This is a full-time engagement role, offering the potential to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate.
This individual will work closely with the Litigation Campaign Manager to execute and refine workflows, coordinate across internal and offshore teams, and help build scalable operational processes from the ground up. Key Responsibilities
- Execute and help refine litigation campaign workflows, including quality control checks, workflow triggers, complaint generation, client segmentation pulls, and docket monitoring.
- Translate Campaign Manager project scopes into detailed, step-by-step execution instructions.
- Coordinate across attorneys, operations teams, and offshore partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Track deliverables, monitor dependencies, and proactively follow up to maintain timelines.
- Monitor dashboards and escalate issues based on defined performance thresholds.
- Document workflows, lessons learned, and contribute to building scalable operational playbooks.
- Identify opportunities to automate, systematize, and improve processes as campaigns scale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong process execution skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders with consistent follow-through.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, data analytics platforms, and project management tools.
- Proactive problem-solver who surfaces risks early and proposes thoughtful solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear instructions and status updates.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Comfort working in evolving systems where you are helping to build and improve processes.
- Experience in legal operations, litigation support, project management, process improvement, or operational roles preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with quality control environments or cross-functional coordination strongly valued.
Position Details
This is an engagement role with the potential for conversion to permanent for the right candidate. It is a full-time position and fully remote.
Compensation
The annualized pay for this position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Compensation for contract engagements is influenced by factors such as work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market demand, and the candidate’s preferences.
Benefits
All Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. As W2 employees of Latitude, those working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for full benefits, including complimentary Group Life, LTD, and AD&D, as well as access to a qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
