Junior Compliance Attorney - Remote Contract Engagement
Latitude is seeking a junior-level Compliance Attorney for a remote contract engagement with a multinational sports organization. The candidate will support the legal and compliance team on contract review, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance matters. This contract engagement is ideal for an attorney with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to identify legal and compliance risks within commercial agreements and business processes. Prior experience handling compliance matters in house or with a mid- to large-size law firm is highly preferred.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of legal compliance, commercial contracts, risk management, or corporate legal support
- Experience reviewing contracts and related documents to identify legal, regulatory, and operational risks
- Ability to flag potential compliance concerns, inconsistencies, and high-risk provisions within agreements and business arrangements
- Ability to escalate potential legal or regulatory issues appropriately and provide practical, business-oriented recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively
- Licensed in the state of residence
- Outstanding references

Compensation:
The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference.
Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits include Group Life, LTD, AD&D, a qualified 401k plan, and a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
