Immigration Due Diligence Attorney
Are you an immigration attorney with experience advising on company sales or acquisitions? Latitude Legal is seeking a subject matter expert to assist in conducting due diligence reviews and drafting due diligence reports for mergers and acquisitions, focusing on immigration matters.
Basic Requirements
- 7+ years of immigration law practice experience
- Experience in business sales or acquisitions
- Reviewing reps and warranties and conducting immigration due diligence
- Graduated from an ABA-accredited law school
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Licensed to practice law in any state
- Outstanding professional references
Position Details
This is a part-time, remote contract role expected to last several weeks with potential additional work.
Compensation & Benefits
The annualized pay is approximately $220,000-$260,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay factors include experience, qualifications, location, market conditions, and candidate preference. Contract attorneys receive complimentary professional liability insurance. Additionally, attorneys working 20+ hours per week are eligible for full benefits including group medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, AD&D insurance, a qualified 401k plan, and a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
