About the Role
Latitude is seeking a California licensed litigation attorney to support civil litigation law firms in Northern and Southern California. This is a flexible, remote contract position, available on a part-time or full-time basis, with no specific hour requirements or travel expectations.
This role is ideal for a California-licensed litigation attorney looking for flexible work. The firm requires assistance with employment, commercial, and personal injury cases.
Requirements
- Experience with employment, commercial, and/or personal injury cases.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing pleadings, written discovery, motions, and hearings.
- Must be organized, responsive, and adaptable to engagement-based work.
- Availability for approximately 20-40 hours per week, based on candidate preference.
- Must be licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Outstanding references are required.

Compensation
- Annualized Pay (Full-Time Equivalent): $175,000 - $200,000
- Pay is based on experience, qualifications, location, market demand, and candidate preference.
- Benefits: W2 employees working 20+ hours/week are eligible for full benefits, including a Qualified 401k plan, Group Life, LTD, AD&D, and professional liability insurance. A CLE and Professional Expense stipend is also provided.
