About The Role

The Business Services Trainee undergraduate placement is a 13-month paid internship in London starting in Summer 2026. You will be placed in one of the Business Services departments supporting over 600 lawyers, working on project work and providing administrative assistance.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Provide high-level customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Support project work including database maintenance and materials creation.
  • Participate in business skills and department-specific training.
  • Shadow department members to gain insight on tasks and responsibilities.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, excellent organization, proficiency in MS Office, and be in the penultimate year of a sandwich degree course or able to take a year off.
