Job Description
We are looking for an Administration Intern to join our team in Barcelona on a part-time basis.
The selected individual will collaborate with the Administration department, providing support in operational, organizational, and internal management tasks, actively participating in the day-to-day of the agency. This position is designed for someone with an interest in learning, a proactive attitude, and a desire to develop in the administrative area within a creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Administration team in administrative and internal management tasks.
- Assist in the organization and archiving of documentation (invoices, contracts, suppliers, etc.).
- Support expense management, payment tracking, and basic budget control.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure correct information flow.
- Assist in tasks related to suppliers, purchasing, and internal logistics.
- Support internal processes that improve team organization, efficiency, and functioning.
- Participate in internal projects and learn about the administrative management of a creative agency.
Requirements
- Interest in Administration and business management.
- Desire to learn, proactive attitude, and responsibility.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
- High level of Spanish; Catalan and English valued.
- Basic knowledge of office tools (Google Suite).
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Currently studying or having completed studies in Administration, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
- Eligible for internship agreements with a university or study center.
