Job Summary
At LaserAway, the Scheduling Coordinator role is vital in monitoring employee coverage in our clinics. In this role, you will manage daily and monthly staffing needs for both the medical and sales departments while following state, company, and individual location guidelines to ensure patient care and store staffing are appropriately addressed.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, report, and post on-call schedules for clinicians and sales team members.
- Handle emergent scheduling concerns for callouts, extended leaves, and resignations.
- Manage and monitor an employee hotline for real-time updates and coverage.
- Notify personnel of call-ins and secure necessary coverage.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and notify management of issues.
- Enter and maintain scheduling data using software programs (Slack, Google Sheets, SnapSchedule, Deputy, 8x8).
- Perform other assigned duties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Computer proficiency and ability to adapt to new innovations.
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and function effectively as part of a team.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
This position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
