Overview

The IT Infrastructure Functional Head is responsible for managing IT infrastructure for Central IT and work centres. This includes datacentre management, network (LAN, WAN), servers, storages, backups, and various IT services.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage datacentre, LAN/WAN, servers, storages, and backups
  • Set up VPN, SFTP, VDI, AV/VC, and Active Directory services
  • Oversee virtualization and facility management services
  • Manage external customer IT projects and new opportunities
  • Architect proposals including cost and implementation plans
  • Execute IT infrastructure projects at customer sites
  • Handle IT & Digital budgeting, procurement, and asset management
  • Manage business partner relations and professional development of the team
