Overview

The Industrial Relations & Administration Executive role at Larsen & Toubro focuses on ensuring compliance with labor laws, effective stakeholder coordination, maintaining welfare programs, managing data & records, providing infrastructure support, using digital tools, managing time office functions, handling vendor relations, and organizing training & welfare programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance Execution: Implement processes to adhere to applicable labor laws, manage documentation, renewals, returns, and timely filings.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with authorities, contractors, local bodies, and assist in resolving notices and grievances.
  • Welfare Implementation: Set up and maintain welfare and CSR facilities and ensure statutory benefits are delivered effectively.
  • Data & Records Management: Maintain attendance, leave records, MIS reports, and filing systems accurately and on time.
  • Infrastructure Support: Arrange for utilities, accommodation, conveyance and events; coordinate with vendors and ensure readiness.
  • Digital Tools Usage: Use platforms for attendance, reporting, and documentation to support digitization initiatives.
  • Time Office: Execute time office functions with 100% accuracy including digital record maintenance, timely wage disbursement, and grievance handling.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain vendor relations, process bills and records, ensure timely payments, and coordinate work orders and related documents.
  • Training & Welfare Programs: Organize and participate in training sessions and community welfare initiatives.
