Community Justice Case Manager Temp-Eligibility List
Larimer County Community Corrections is seeking a new member for their case management team. This role provides essential support to the case management unit by offering caseload coverage, psychoeducational group facilitation, and assistance with various case management duties. Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervising clients directly to ensure their safety, accountability, and progress within the program.
- Leading case management meetings to address case plan goals and focus on criminogenic needs.
- Facilitating psychoeducational groups designed to support client growth within inpatient treatment programs.
- Providing transportation for clients to appointments, events, and other engagements as needed.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records in client files to ensure compliance and effective service delivery.
- Completing referrals to connect clients with community programs and resources that align with their needs.
- Conducting home visits with a fellow staff member to assess living conditions and provide support.

- Experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities is preferred.
- A Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience, in social or behavioral sciences, Criminal Justice, or related fields is required. Related education or experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, CPR and First Aid certifications by the date of hire is required.
- Maintain continuing education hours annually or as required.
- For Transportation Units Only: Defensive Driving Training Certification is required.

Supplemental Information
This is a part-time temporary position with 20-29 hours per week. This posting is for the Community Justice Alternatives and will be used to fill current vacancies and create an eligibility list for future openings. Successful candidates may be placed in either the Larimer County Community Corrections Department or the Alternative Sentencing Department based on organizational needs.
This position offers a flexible schedule that varies based on coverage needs, potentially including weekends, evenings, and holidays. While general availability can be set weekly, actual hours will fluctuate based on staffing requirements. Preferred availability includes regular business hours with the potential for afternoons or weekends. This position will not require overnight work.
