Your Position as Junior Hotel Invoice Coordinator
Do you have experience in invoice management and a passion for process optimization? Do you also enjoy interacting with customers and internal stakeholders? Then become part of our team and actively shape the invoicing processes at Lanes & Planes!
As a Junior Hotel Invoice Coordinator, you will be a central interface between travel service providers, our Finance department, and our customers. You will ensure that invoicing processes between our service providers and customers run smoothly, clarify discrepancies, and work on the continuous optimization of our workflows. You will also assist colleagues with your expertise. In this role, you will have the opportunity to co-design new services and independently establish processes.
Your Daily Tasks
- Obtaining, checking, and processing invoices from travel service providers, especially in the hotel sector, with a high sense of responsibility.
- Ensuring error-free invoicing and solution-oriented clarification of deviations.
- Processing invoice inquiries and complaints via our ticket system.
- Interfacing with our Finance department and other internal teams, considering a holistic view of processes.
- Building and optimizing invoicing processes with new providers, focusing on results.
- Advising and supporting internal stakeholders on all questions regarding invoice management.
Your Profile
- Experience or training in commercial, financial, or administrative areas is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of invoicing and payment processes, or a high willingness to learn.
- Structured, meticulous, and independent way of working.
- Service orientation and friendly, clear communication.
- Good German language skills (at least B2), English language skills are an advantage.
- Initial experience in a B2B environment or tourism is a plus, but not a must.
- Knowledge of tools like G-Suite, Notion, Slack, or Zendesk is an advantage.
