The Opportunity
As a Data Analyst at Landmark, you will contribute to centralising Local Authority Land Charge registers into a single Land Registry system by transforming complex datasets into a standardised schema.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and clean large datasets from varied sources.
- Identify and fix data issues, including geometry and formatting errors.
- Quality control data from manual and third-party sources.
- Compare pre- and post-transformation outcomes to ensure accuracy.
- Document transformation rules and maintain audit trails.
- Collaborate with engineers to define technical requirements.
- Contribute to process and tool improvements.
About You
You are a confident communicator with a strong analytical mindset, experienced in Excel and SQL. You have worked with spatial data and GIS tools and are adept at managing and analysing large, multi-source datasets. Your ability to engage with stakeholders and solve problems is key.
