Flex Warehouse Operator

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Flex Warehouse Operator to join our warehousing team as part of our Flex Manufacturing Program. This part-time role offers flexible hours, typically between 16-29 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comply with all safety processes and enforce safety practices.
  • Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt quickly.
  • Process work orders: selecting, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and staging products.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced warehousing environment.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.
  • Operate a forklift (certification required) and other plant machinery as needed.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Must be 18 years or older with 6+ months of work experience.
  • Basic computer and math skills; capable of reading and following instructions.
  • Willingness to learn new skills, troubleshoot, and problem-solve.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and respectful work attitude.

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ year of warehousing work experience.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds and perform frequent physical movements. The role requires working in varying temperature zones (cold and/or hot) and may involve extended periods with dust and chemicals while wearing personal protective equipment. Flexibility for scheduled shifts, including weekends, holidays, and potential overtime, is required.
