Job Description
Role: Travel Pharmacist at LanceSoft, Inc.
LanceSoft is actively seeking a dedicated Travel Pharmacist for a 12-week travel assignment in Independence, Missouri. This vital role, commencing on March 16, 2026, involves providing comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services.
You will work 40 hours per week, typically on 8-hour day shifts, contributing to patient care through various essential pharmacy procedures.

LanceSoft specializes in providing Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, LPNs/LVNs, Social Workers, Medical Assistants, and Certified Nursing Assistants to various healthcare settings, including Acute Care Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Long-Term Care centers, Rehab Facilities, Behavioral Health Centers, Drug & Alcohol Facilities, Home Health & Community Health, Urgent Care Clinics, and many other provider-based facilities.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Degree from an accredited Pharmacy School
- Licensed to practice Pharmacy in MO
Preferred Skills (candidates with these will be considered first):
- ACLS / BLS certification
- NICU experience
Typical Procedures Performed:
- Vancomycin / Aminoglycoside / Anticoagulant dosing
- Pain consults
- Medication Verification
- Supervising technicians – compounding sterile IV (using Dose Edge to verify), checking Pyxis, first doses, emergency medication boxes
