About The Role

As the Manager, Support Enablement at Lambda, you will design and lead our support training and development programs. In this new role, you will build a complete enablement ecosystem from the ground up and provide structured training and mentorship to our support engineers while shaping our growth framework.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide junior support engineers through technical development and mentorship.
  • Define leveling frameworks and promotion paths for career growth.
  • Create training materials including troubleshooting guides and playbooks.
  • Design and maintain hiring and onboarding resources for new hires.
  • Ensure high standards in support delivery while boosting technical confidence.
  • Occasionally work evening or overnight hours to support training initiatives.

You

Bring experience in technical support, enablement, or a related field, and have a proven track record of developing talent. You excel at creating structured learning programs and technical documentation. Your mentoring skills balance technical rigor with approachability, and you clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Organizational prowess and proactive management of multiple initiatives are key.

Nice to Have

  • Background in datacenter infrastructure, AI/ML, or GPU/accelerator technologies.
  • Experience building break/fix labs, simulations, or troubleshooting playbooks.
  • Expertise in curating hiring pipelines, interview design, or candidate evaluation.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management systems and LMS platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations.
