About the Global Customer Operations Group
The Global Customer Operations Group brings industry insights and experience to help customers deliver on their technology roadmaps. They work closely with customers to deliver quality outcomes.
The Impact You’ll Make
This role oversees the development of strategic market and product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated segments. It involves identifying volume and strategic customers and developing partnerships. The analyst will analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities, develop strategic directions from market insights, and create compelling market analysis presentations. There may also be involvement in make-versus-buy analyses from a partnership, merger, or acquisition perspective.
Who We’re Looking For
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Work Arrangement
This role offers a hybrid work model combining on-site collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Options include On-site Flex (3+ days on-site) and Virtual Flex (1-2 days on-site).
