Your Responsibilities

As the Brand Vertical Lead within the Club Office, you will drive strategic initiatives to strengthen club brand value and fan connection. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and leading the Brand vertical strategy, setting priorities, methodologies, and work streams that create value for clubs.
  • Advising professional clubs on strategic brand projects, including positioning, brand architecture, identity, activation, and marketing.
  • Designing and executing strategic consulting projects, developing diagnoses, identifying opportunities, and building clear, actionable plans.
  • Supporting clubs in their brand and marketing challenges, adapting approaches to their context, needs, and maturity level.
  • Translating strategic analyses into clear, actionable recommendations, developing high-impact executive presentations and deliverables.
  • Coordinating collaboration with other Club Office verticals to ensure a comprehensive response to club needs.
  • Identifying trends, best practices, and innovation opportunities in brand and marketing within sports and other industries.
  • Leading, developing, and growing the vertical team, fostering professional evolution and a high-performance culture.
