Job Description

The Inside Sales Manager will oversee a team of Inside Sales representatives. You will drive the team’s culture, sales performance, and activity metrics by coaching and developing team members to expand market share. This role requires creating and modifying sales strategies, managing professional growth through hiring, onboarding, coaching, training and conducting periodic reviews. You must have strong supervisory skills and in-depth knowledge of inside sales functions, systems, and best practices.
