About the Role
The AI Security Engineer - Red Team at Lakera pushes the boundaries of AI security. This role combines hands-on red teaming, automation development, and client engagement in Enterprise projects to secure AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI red teaming security assessment engagements, scope projects with enterprise clients, and present findings with detailed reports.
- Deliver comprehensive security assessments on AI systems.
- Develop and improve testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve team effectiveness.
- Research novel attack vectors and emerging AI threats.
- Collaborate with clients and internal research teams.
Required Qualifications
3+ years cybersecurity experience with red teaming, penetration testing and in-depth knowledge of LLM vulnerabilities. Skilled in threat modeling, automated tooling and excellent technical writing.
