Overview

Lago is seeking an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Manager to attract, source, and recruit top talent. In this role, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with Lago's growth, values, and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO and fellow Talent Acquisition Managers to define job requirements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct screening and interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience with Workable.
  • Proven background as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
  • Strong grasp of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Familiarity with employment laws in the Philippines, Serbia, or LATAM.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing social media business profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn is a plus.
