Lago is seeking a skilled GoHighLevel GHL Specialist to enhance operational efficiency and customer experiences. This role focuses on CRM automations, email marketing workflows, and platform optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and optimize workflows and automation sequences in GoHighLevel
  • Create, test, and manage email campaigns, sequences, and newsletters
  • Set up and manage discount codes within the system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across workflows, triggers, and emails
  • Educate the team on leveraging GHL capabilities
  • Ensure smooth contact segmentation, tagging, and funnel logic
  • Maintain and update CRM pipelines, triggers, forms, and calendars
  • (Bonus) Design and edit landing pages as needed

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel automations and email workflows
  • Strong background in email marketing, CRM logic, and funnel strategy
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation and lead nurturing
  • Proactive problem solver with quick issue resolution skills
  • Ability to manage contact lists, campaign metrics, and segmentation logic
