- Lead annual strategic planning processes for actionable outcomes
- Monitor emerging healthcare trends and growth opportunities
- Oversee integration initiatives across the company businesses
- Establish execution management to achieve strategic results
- 15+ years in healthcare strategy, operations, or consulting
- Expertise in enterprise-wide operating model design
- Strong grasp of value-based care and population health
- Proven capability to influence leaders in large organizations
