Job Description
VP Global Sales Enablement
Our client, a leader in the Information Technology space, is seeking a VP Global Sales Enablement to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting revenue growth through a focus on customers, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. This position offers a unique opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and drive measurable business results within a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a global, scalable enablement strategy.
- Establish consultative partnerships with regional sales leaders.
- Design and maintain a global and regional enablement program roadmap.
- Drive programmatic accountability with regional sales managers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted programs.
- Establish clear success metrics and dashboards.
- Champion and lead change management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 10+ years of learning and development (L&D), sales, or sales enablement experience.
- 15+ years in sales, sales enablement, or revenue operations within a global B2B technology/services company.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven ability to design and operationalize global enablement strategies.
