Job Description
UX/UI Designer at Ladders
For our client, Ladders is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering outstanding outcomes for customers and stakeholders within the Information Technology sector. You will foster cross-functional collaboration and take full ownership of your priorities, offering significant visibility, growth, and impact.
This is a remote position open to US-based candidates only; visa sponsorship is not available. The compensation ranges from $178,500 to $217,350 annually.
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling digital experiences for both web and mobile applications.
- Communicate design decisions effectively to various stakeholders.
- Guide customers in understanding and realizing the impact of design on their business objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams throughout the entire design process.
- Promote human-centered design practices across the organization.
- Mentor junior designers within the company and during customer engagements.
- Advocate for design best practices to both customers and partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of dedicated UX/UI design experience, with a preference for agency or consulting backgrounds.
- Expertise in human-centered design principles and practices.
- Strong capabilities in user research, visual design, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in rapid prototyping tools, specifically Figma.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
- Comprehensive understanding of usability and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with best practices for iOS, Android, and web design.
