Systems Engineer Azure Infrastructure
Ladders is seeking a Systems Engineer Azure Infrastructure for a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation
$116,500 – $157,500 annually
Responsibilities
- Build and automate tools for the company’s production infrastructure
- Collaborate with engineering teams on architectural challenges
- Work alongside product teams to deliver infrastructure for new features
- Share knowledge to enhance team processes
- Support infrastructure scalability for SMB and enterprise customers
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in systems engineering or related field
- Proficient in multi-region production infrastructure
- Strong coding skills in Object-Oriented languages, ideally C#
- Experience with Kubernetes, particularly in deployment and scaling
- Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Azure, and usage of IaC tools
- Ability to analyze and improve processes with a growth mindset
- Keen interest in leveraging AI for engineering tasks
