Solutions Engineer at Ladders
For our client, Ladders is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. You’ll build and maintain systems that power mission-critical Enterprise Technology workflows. You’ll collaborate with product and peers to design clean, scalable solutions. This role values craftsmanship, impact, and ownership.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $160,000 – $225,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Articulate the business and technical value of company as a trusted advisor
- Drive technology evaluations during the sales cycle
- Manage day-to-day activities related to customer opportunities including presentations and documentation
- Build rapport with customer stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
- Co-create solution architectures integrating with existing systems
- Stay updated on company capabilities and integrations with third-party tools
- Communicate customer needs and feedback to relevant teams
- Participate in account-based marketing events and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in sales/presales or as a solutions engineer/architect in a high-growth environment
- Experience with enterprise data architecture, data analytics, or cloud data architecture
- Familiarity with graph data technology
- Proficient in relational (SQL) and/or NoSQL databases, and at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, C#)
- Successful track record in designing data solutions in public cloud or on-premise environments
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Curiosity about learning new technologies and an entrepreneurial mindset
