For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer Backend - Platform (core AI Automation) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. Compensation: $186,065 – $218,900 annually

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI systems for customer support and compliance automation
- Build scalable, secure backend infrastructure for AI workloads
- Execute complex AI project initiatives with technical trade-offs
- Collaborate with teams to identify and address automation opportunities
- Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and contribute to incident response
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with production services in microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications or AI/ML systems in production
- Proficiency in Python and Golang, with third-party AI model integration experience
- Successful track record of delivering impactful end-to-end projects in complex environments
- Experience building data pipelines and working with large unstructured data sources
