Senior Software Engineer Cloud Applications
Ladders is seeking a Senior Software Engineer Cloud Applications for a leader in the Information Technology space. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of services powering namespace scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure collected data delivers meaningful insights.
- Architect data pipelines to handle high throughput and operational data effectively.
- Establish and maintain data quality through schema contracts and anomaly detection.
- Set quality standards through code reviews and promote maintainability across projects.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience designing and delivering production-grade backend systems in cloud environments.
- Proficient in at least one systems or backend language (Go preferred).
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems and understanding of concurrency, reliability, and scalability.
- Solid track record with data pipelines and storage systems, ensuring correctness and traceability.
- Experience in production operations, including observability and incident response.
- Ability to translate product requirements into technical plans effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.
