Join a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space as a Senior Manager, Compensation. This remote, US-based role is responsible for developing and managing compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will collaborate with business leaders, finance, and executives to ensure rewards align with business objectives and enhance the employee experience. This is an opportunity to refine pay practices, strengthen program governance, and foster consistency within a dynamic consumer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation of market competitiveness for field compensation programs and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Oversee benchmark analyses for pay structures and incentive programs to ensure market alignment and internal equity.
- Provide strategic oversight and interpret third-party compensation survey data to generate actionable recommendations.
- Ensure an appropriate job architecture for field roles, guiding on leveling and scope alignment.
- Design and govern field incentive and bonus programs for scalability and consistency.
- Serve as the primary compensation advisor for Field HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation decisions.
- Manage the annual field compensation strategy, including merit increases, promotions, and pay adjustments.
- Oversee pay equity and compliance risks related to compensation across various regulations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation programs (e.g., bonus structures, salary surveys).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Customer service orientation and robust relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across HRBP, Finance, and Legal functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
