About the Senior Director Client Success Role

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Senior Director Client Success to join their team. This pivotal 100% remote role requires a US-based candidate, playing a key part in delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and stakeholders within the dynamic healthcare sector. You will be instrumental in collaborating cross-functionally and taking full ownership of critical priorities, offering significant visibility, growth potential, and direct impact on the organization's success.

This is a fully remote position, open exclusively to US-based candidates. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and empower the Client Success team to act as trusted advisors to key clients.
  • Drive client retention and expansion through proactive, consultative engagement.
  • Partner closely with the growth team to strategically execute upsell opportunities.
  • Serve as the 'Voice of the Client,' effectively representing client interests internally.
  • Establish robust frameworks for comprehensive account planning and business reviews.
  • Utilize data-driven insights for proactive client health monitoring and predictive analytics.
  • Mentor, coach, and foster the professional development of Client Success team members.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in client success, account management, or partnerships, with 3-5 years specifically in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in client relationship development and driving business growth.
  • Experience working with payers and self-insured employers, particularly in strategic care initiatives.
  • A background in healthcare, digital health, or care delivery is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of building and nurturing inclusive teams.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • A data-driven and outcomes-oriented approach to client success.
