About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst - Insights to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $152,500 annually

Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner to Customer Excellence leaders to identify key business questions
  • Lead projects to answer business questions and develop KPIs to track results
  • Present insights to executives for performance improvements and process enhancements
  • Mine large datasets and create visualizations to summarize findings
  • Analyze data for anomalies and recognize trends with business implications
  • Support commission and territory planning processes with strategic recommendations
  • Propose innovative solutions to identified business opportunities
  • Mentor junior analysts on the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. engineering, sciences, math, statistics, business, or economics)
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytics role with increasing responsibility
  • Experience in Cloud and SaaS go-to-market (GTM)
  • Expertise in SQL and preparing data for analysis, modeling, and visualization
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
  • Familiarity with statistical methods (time series analysis, cluster analysis, multivariate analysis)
  • Demonstrated ability to present data and findings to executives and non-data users
