About the Role

Our client, a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, is seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President for K12 Food Service to lead operational priorities in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona. This role emphasizes safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline. You will partner with field leadership, customer-facing teams, and support functions to enhance performance, resolve operating challenges, and ensure accountability. Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of district managers and regional directors to provide excellent service.
  • Build strong relationships with diverse clients to meet key performance indicators.
  • Influence and lead nationwide operations as part of the leadership team.
  • Make key regional decisions with team input and strategic communication.
  • Cultivate a strong organizational culture within the region through transparency and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record of business growth and leading large cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and quick decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and client relationship skills.
