Programs Experience Partner
Our client, a leader in the Media space, is seeking a Programs Experience Partner to drive complex programs from planning through execution. This role focuses on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery, working across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Media environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of core Experience programs like ERGs and onboarding.
- Partner with ERG leaders to support community-driven initiatives.
- Manage operational aspects of Experience programming, including timelines and budgets.
- Support measurement of program effectiveness through tracking and insights.
- Work closely with the Employee Experience content team to align strategies.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in managing Employee Experience programs.
