Product Marketing Manager User Growth
Our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager User Growth to join their team. This role is critical for driving marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will be instrumental in transforming market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements through close collaboration with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams. Responsibilities
- Own positioning and messaging for trial and new user acquisition.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Product to enhance trial onboarding.
- Maintain messaging frameworks for user onboarding flows.
- Identify impactful moments in the user journey and build marketing programs.
- Conduct competitive research to refine messaging and positioning.
- Design onboarding programs that cultivate skills and habits in new users.
- Build expansion marketing programs to encourage broader platform usage.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in product, lifecycle, or growth marketing in a B2B SaaS setting.
- Proficient in technical messaging for analyst, data, or BI personas.
- Experience in designing onboarding or in-product marketing initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in tools like Pendo or Mixpanel.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex product details.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with Product and Customer Success teams.
- Familiarity with data analytics, automation, or AI platforms is a plus; client experience is highly desirable.
