Product Lead - IAM Privileged Access & Non-Human Identity Management
For our client, we are seeking a Product Lead - IAM Privileged Access & Non-human Identity Management to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $140,300 – $192,940 annually
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic direction for PAM and NHI platforms
- Drive PAM and NHI adoption across various environments
- Manage platform backlog and engineering priorities
- Lead engineering and operational oversight of CyberArk PAM
- Implement modern privileged access controls
- Define standards for privileged role definitions and access models
- Establish governance frameworks for non-human identities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 15+ years in Identity and Access Management
- 10+ years managing and implementing CyberArk PAM platforms
- Experience with non-human identities like service accounts and machine credentials
- Experience securing privileged access across diverse environments
- Global operational experience with identity security platforms
- Ability to lead teams and communicate with technical and executive staff effectively
