About the Role: Principal Program Manager
For our client, a leader in the Technical Services space, we are seeking a Principal Program Manager to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in delivering key outcomes for customers and stakeholders within the Technical Services domain. This position offers significant visibility, growth potential, and direct impact, requiring a collaborative approach and strong ownership of priorities.
This role is remote, available to US-based candidates only, and visa sponsorship is not available.
Annual compensation ranges from $158,000 to $176,000.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise transformation projects.
- Serve as the primary client liaison for projects and programs governed by SDO.
- Ensure project alignment with transformation strategy and roadmap objectives.
- Manage operational execution, including task definition and resource allocation.
- Communicate project status and risks to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of project management experience in complex environments.
- Experience leading agile projects or programs from inception to delivery.
- Background in matrixed organizations with shared accountability.
- Proven ability to manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and organization.
